Refund Policy

Returns Policy

1.     Our policy for local orders lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2.     To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3.     Items from Stock Clearance, Markdown or as indicated in the website CANNOT be exchanged or returned, Please select carefully.

4.     Please that you need to use our returns application  interface for submit your request Returns you can find at the bottom of page   Customer Service 

5.     To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  (Products Returns)
1-Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Additional non-returnable items:

1.     Gift cards

2.     Downloadable software products

Refunds;

1.     Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds;

2.     If you haven’t received a refund yet, Please follow the guide below;
-contact your respective credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-contact your respective bank, because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items;

3.     Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy;

1.     Items to be exchanged or returned should be in original condition

2.     Exchange is only allowed for the same item.  If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different online items to exchange:

·       If the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount,

·       If the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided. 

3.     Please attach the original Purchase Proof for all exchanges.

You will NOT be entitled to an exchange or returns if any of the following applies;

1.     The goods returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website and in your order,

2.     The goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange & return policy,

3.     The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period 

If so, the goods will be sent back to you at your cost.

Exchange by courier services;

1.     All goods / items will be inspected on return.

2.     The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse, so make sure it is packed properly and cannot get any damages on the way. 

3.     We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns request but in the unfortunate events that the item returned is in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose of it accordingly.

4.     We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

5.     We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or returns requests.

We reserve the right NOT to accept exchange or returns received after 30 days from the Invoice date.

We reserve the right to deny refund if the items / goods does not meet our Exchange & Return policy guidelines,

 If any requests are denied, you are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within “number of days” (number) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the items / goods and it shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.

Gifts;

1.     If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

2.     If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping;
To return your product, you should mail your product to: A2-1, A2-2, Merdeka  Place, Jalan MPL 2, off Jalan Merdeka, Kampung Baru Ampang, 68000, Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over MYR500.00, equivalent to your local currency, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
